About Heather
Heather is the founder and principal designer at Heather Witkop Design. Her love of design and passion for boating lead her to pursue a career in the marine industry. She has over nine years of professional experience, most notably with Group Beneteau, North America. As an independent designer, her portfolio expanded to include Crest pontoons and marine suppliers. She graduated in 2010 from the Industrial and Marine Design programs at the Savannah College of Art and Design, attaining an Outstanding Academic Achievement award. She currently lives in Northern Michigan with her husband and wheaten terrier. When she’s not designing, she’s teaching or practicing yoga. This yogic mindset bolsters her creative thinking and professional skills every day.
